First hour flat rate of $150, then $75/hour after. Remote support is always free and unlimited.

If your business operates multiple sites under the same ownership group, you qualify for a discount on your monthly plan.
Discount applies to the monthly recurring fee only — not the setup fee or onsite visit rate.
Before We Can Call Your Provider
One quick onboarding step that saves you time during an actual outage.
Most internet providers — Cox, Lumen, Spectrum, and others — require us to be listed as an authorized contact on your account before we can open tickets or discuss anything with them. This is standard privacy practice, not something specific to us. At signup, you'll either call your provider to authorize us directly or complete a short authorization form, depending on what your provider requires. We'll walk you through exactly what your provider needs — it's a one-time step we handle during onboarding, before you ever need it.
This authorization is part of your service agreement for all plans and is completed before your first outage — not scrambled together during one.
