How It Works, Start to Finish
From your first call to ongoing support — here's exactly what to expect.
Getting Started
Free Site Survey
We visit your location, review your current setup, confirm everything is configured correctly, and take reference photos so we can troubleshoot remotely later without guessing.
ISP Authorization
We walk you through authorizing us as a contact on your internet account — a quick one-time step required by most providers before we can open tickets on your behalf.
Plan Setup
For Total Coverage, we install your 5G Router with Tmobile inline between your primary connection and your router during this same visit.
You're Covered
From here on, we're watching (Total Coverage) or ready when you report an issue (Network Support). Unlimited remote support is included either way.
Ongoing Support
We manage ISP tickets to resolution, keep you updated, and — for Total Coverage — periodically review your bill for better rates.
Reactive vs. Automatic: What's the Difference?
Network Support (Reactive)
We don't have a device sitting on your network, so we can't see an outage happen in real time. When your line drops, email or call us and we immediately start working the ticket with your ISP.
Total Coverage (Automatic)
The 5G Router with Tmobile sits inline on your network. The moment your primary line drops, we know — and we're already on the phone with your provider before your team has to lift a finger.
Meet the 5G Backup
Our 5G Router with Tmobile sits quietly between your primary internet connection and your router. As long as your main line is up, it does nothing — it's just there, watching. The moment your connection drops, it switches your network to its own 5G signal automatically. No one has to unplug anything, call anyone, or even notice.
- Installed during your Total Coverage setup visit
- Zero action required from your staff during a failover
- Keeps phones, card readers, and Wi-Fi running during an outage
- Included in the $199 one-time setup fee per site

We Fight for a Better Rate
Internet providers rarely lead with their best offer. As a Total Coverage customer, we periodically review your primary internet bill and reach out to your provider to negotiate a better rate, faster speeds, or both — using our relationship as an authorized account contact to move things along faster than you could on your own.
- No action needed from you — we monitor and initiate
- We negotiate directly, you approve any change before it happens
- Applies to your primary ISP bill, not our monthly fee
Common Questions
Do I need new hardware for Network Support?
No — Network Support works with your existing internet connection and equipment.
What if I'm not sure which plan I need?
Most businesses that can't afford any downtime choose Total Coverage. If occasional short outages are tolerable for your business, Network Support may be enough. We're happy to help you decide on a free call.
Can I upgrade from Network Support to Total Coverage later?
Yes, anytime — we'll schedule an install visit for your 5G hotspot and you'll pay the one-time $199 setup fee per site at that point.
What counts as an onsite visit?
Anything beyond your free initial survey/install and our unlimited remote support — for example, if a technician needs to physically come troubleshoot hardware.
